Day Retreat to Lam Rim, Wales

Please join us for a day of practice in the beautiful and secluded countryside of Lam Rim Wales, where we will be practising forms, meditation and push hands. We welcome students input for the day. Cost for the day is £30, which includes tea, biscuits and lunch. Friends and family also welcome!

To car share meet at Lam Rim, Bedminster for 8.15am, leaving for Wales at 8.30am. Trip should take approximately 1 hour. For
