Thank you to everyone who joined me on the one day course in Lam Rim Wales, I hope you all had a good day as I know I did…..bit knackered now though! I forgot to take some bloody photo`s. There was a brown fleece that was left behind after the course, but for the person it belongs to you will be able to get it from the Bedminster Centre for Whole Health from Wednesday onwards. Have a lovely break and look forward to seeing you in September.
